Meet Our Dedicated Staff

Lead Pastor - Rev. John Thompson

Rev. John Thompson, our esteemed Lead Pastor, brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to Twin Lakes Baptist Church. With over 20 years of experience in pastoral ministry, Rev. Thompson has been instrumental in leading our congregation towards deeper faith and community engagement. His dynamic sermons and compassionate leadership have inspired many individuals to discover their spiritual gifts and actively participate in various ministries.

Associate Pastor - Rev. Sarah Peterson

Rev. Sarah Peterson serves as our dedicated Associate Pastor, focusing on youth and young adult ministries. With an infectious enthusiasm for connecting with the next generation, Rev. Peterson has helped create a thriving community of young believers within the church. Through engaging youth programs, mentorship initiatives, and thought-provoking Bible studies, she empowers young individuals to grow in their faith and make a positive impact in society.

Music Director - Mr. David Williams

Mr. David Williams serves as our talented Music Director, leading our worship team and congregational singing. With a diverse background in music and a passion for worship, Mr. Williams curates an uplifting and inspiring worship experience each week. His exceptional musical arrangements and leadership skills have transformed our church's music ministry and brought joy to the hearts of our congregation.

Children's Ministry Director - Mrs. Emily Rodriguez

Mrs. Emily Rodriguez, our dedicated Children's Ministry Director, spearheads our nurturing and engaging children's programs. With a deep love for children and a commitment to their spiritual growth, Mrs. Rodriguez designs age-appropriate curriculum, organizes fun-filled events, and ensures a safe environment for children to learn and develop their faith. Under her guidance, our children's ministry has flourished, creating a strong foundation for the next generation of believers.

Outreach Coordinator - Ms. Melissa Johnson

Ms. Melissa Johnson serves as our passionate Outreach Coordinator, leading our efforts to make a positive impact on the Twin Lakes community. Through various outreach programs, partnerships with local organizations, and volunteer initiatives, Ms. Johnson helps us extend a hand of love and support to those in need. Under her guidance, we strive to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of individuals and families within our community.
