Introduction

Welcome to Twin Lakes Baptist Church's Lenten Discipleship Series! We warmly invite you to join our special Bible study during the Lenten season. As a vibrant faith-based community, we are dedicated to deepening our understanding of the significance of Lent and exploring its profound teachings. What is Lent?

Lent is a season observed in many Christian traditions, including our community at Twin Lakes Baptist Church. It is a period of forty days (excluding Sundays) leading up to Easter, commemorating the 40 days Jesus spent fasting and praying in the wilderness. It is a time of reflection, repentance, and preparation for the celebration of Christ's resurrection.

Exploring the Significance of Lent

Our Lenten Bible Study offers a unique opportunity to delve deeper into the significance of this holy season. Through careful study of scripture, thoughtful reflection, and engaging discussions, we seek to uncover the profound meaning behind Lent's ancient traditions and their relevance to our lives today.
